Request Gap AnalysisStage 1 & Stage 2 Audits
Our auditors conduct the Stage 1 audit to review your documentation, policies, and management system readiness. Once confirmed, we perform the Stage 2 audit to evaluate how effectively your system operates in practice through on-site evidence gathering, staff interviews, and process observation. Successful completion leads to certification.
