Regardless of how personal data is gathered, stored, or used — whether digitally, on paper, or in any other format — it must be handled responsibly and lawfully.
TQS considers the proper treatment of personal information fundamental to maintaining trust with our stakeholders and ensuring the success of our operations. We are committed to handling all personal data in strict accordance with applicable laws and best practices.

Management of Impartiality
Senior leadership at TQS is fully committed to preserving impartiality in every facet of our work. In line with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021, our management team has established a formal impartiality policy that governs all auditing activities. Clear rules and procedures are in place to ensure that every audit we conduct is fair, objective, and of the highest quality.
- We recognize that impartiality is essential to the credibility of our management system audit activities
- We have systematically identified and assessed all potential conflicts of interest and threats to impartiality
- We actively manage and mitigate any identified conflict of interest through documented controls
- We guarantee the objectivity and independence of every audit activity we undertake
TQS maintains an independent oversight committee responsible for ensuring that our impartiality procedures are consistently followed. Every employee and associate bears a personal obligation to comply with our impartiality guidelines. If any employee, associate, or client believes that our impartiality may be compromised, they are encouraged to contact our Chief Executive Officer, who has full authority to launch an investigation into the matter.
TQS actively supports staff involvement in knowledge sharing and professional development activities that benefit both our team and our registered clients. We recognize, however, that such activities may occasionally give rise to potential conflicts of interest, particularly where personal gain is possible. Team members must ensure that no external activity detracts from their responsibilities to TQS.
Every member of our team is required to formally acknowledge compliance with this policy by signing a confidentiality agreement upon joining TQS, and to update their declaration whenever their circumstances change. Any appeal of a decision should be submitted in writing to the General Manager, who may escalate the matter to the impartiality committee for review.
